What sizes are your products available in?
Our wall prints are typically available in A4, A3, or A2 sizes, including a white border to make framing easy. The size shown in each product listing refers to the full paper size, including borders where applicable.
Art card sets are usually available in A5 and A6 sizes, while stationery items vary:

Do your prints fit standard frames?
Yes. All of our prints are designed in standard A-sizes so you can easily find frames at most homeware and craft stores.
Are your prints originals or reproductions?
They are high-quality reproductions of original artwork, professionally printed on premium, archival-quality paper for long-lasting colour and detail.
How do I care for my wall prints?
Frame your print behind glass and keep it out of direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. This helps maintain its vibrant colours and ensures it lasts for years.
Can I request custom sizes or designs?
Currently, we only offer standard sizes. For bespoke requests, please email support@meloovely.com and we’ll let you know if we can help.
🛒 Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and express checkout options like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through encrypted and secure payment gateways. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched, email us right away at support@meloovely.com or via our Contact Page. After dispatch, orders cannot be changed.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder. If you still don’t see it, contact us at support@meloovely.com and we’ll resend it.

Do you ship worldwide ?
We currently ship to the UK, USA, Canada and Australia.Our shipping rates vary based upon the product ordered, shipping speed and destination. See our Shipping & Returns Policy for excluded countries.
We are not currently shipping to EU countries as well as Afghanistan, Austria, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Guatemala, India, Indonesia, Iran, North Korea, Norway, Mexico, Peru, Philippines, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Syria, Taiwan and Yemen. Please note that this list is subject to change without notice based upon local conditions.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once dispatched, log in to your account and go to My Orders. You’ll find your tracking number and a direct link to Royal Mail (or your local carrier if international).
Can I ship directly to a gift recipient?
Absolutely. Just enter their address at checkout. We don’t include pricing information in parcels, so they’re gift-ready.
What happens if my parcel is lost or delayed?
Contact us at support@meloovely.com and we’ll work with Royal Mail (or your local courier) to track it down and resolve the issue quickly.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
You may return items within 30 days if they are unused and in original condition. See our full Returns & Refunds Policy.
Do you cover return shipping?
If your order is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover return costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for postage.
Can I return personalised items?
Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect.
Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new one.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at the moment, but our products come beautifully packaged and are ready to gift.
Do you include invoices or receipts in the parcel?
No. Receipts are sent by email only, making packages safe to send as gifts.
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?

Can I use fountain pens on your stationery?
Yes! Our premium paper is fountain-pen friendly and designed to prevent ink bleed-through.
What’s the difference between flat and folded cards?
Flat cards are postcard-style and great for quick notes or modern correspondence. Folded cards allow for longer, more personal messages and are perfect for special occasions.
