Sizing
What are your Product Sizes ?
Wall Print sizes are shown in the product listing. They are typically available in A4, A3 or A2 sizes including white borders suitable for framing or mounting. The dimensions shown in the product listing are the paper size, including borders where appropriate.
Art card set sizes are shown in the product listing. They are typically available in A5 and A6 sizes. The dimensions shown in the product listing are the card size, including borders where appropriate.
Stationery sizes are shown in the product listing. Letter Writing Sets are typically available in A4 or A5 sizes. Flat Correspondence Cards are typically available in A5 and A6 sizes. Greeting Cards are available in A5 and A6 size, measured when folded.

Orders
How do I track my order?
- All of our parcels are shipped with Royal Mail. For international orders your parcel will be passed to your local postal company for delivery.
- Login to our site once your order has been dispatched and navigate to ‘My Orders’. From there you will be able to see all of your orders along with any available tracking information.
- Either click on the tracking number directly to go to Royal Mail or you can enter it here.
- Where applicable, international parcels may be tracked through your local postal companies website once they have reached your country.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation email?
Please check all your folders including junk and spam. If you cannot find your confirmation then please email support@meloovely.com.
What if there’s a mistake in my shipping address?
If you have made a mistake please email us at support@meloovely.com with the subject line ‘change my address’ and include the corrected shipping address. This can not be altered once the order has been despatched.
My order status is unfulfilled, what does this mean?
Any unfulfilled orders mean that your order has not yet been dispatched. We aim to dispatch all orders within two business days.
Returns & Refunds
What is the return and refunds policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note that this return policy does not apply to personalised products which have been received as ordered, without any significant faults. Please refer to our Withdrawal, Returns and Cancellation policy in our Terms & Conditions for more details on refunds and returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at support@meloovely.com.

Do you ship worldwide ?
We currently ship to the UK, USA, Canada and Australia.Our shipping rates vary based upon the product ordered, shipping speed and destination.
We are not currently shipping to EU countries as well as Afghanistan, Austria, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Guatemala, India, Indonesia, Iran, North Korea, Norway, Mexico, Peru, Philippines, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Syria, Taiwan and Yemen. Please note that this list is subject to change without notice based upon local conditions.
