Don’t often write reviews but felt compelled to share my customer experience of Me Loovely.

Nothing is too much trouble and everything is quickly and efficiently resolved. I made a mistake on the order and they allowed me to amend the order. The despatch was really quick. The courier failed to deliver the item and Jeff immediately sent out a replacement appreciating it was an urgent order.

This exceptional level of service seems to be the rare nowadays, but I can absolutely recommend this company as they excel in all areas.

I ordered two boxes of cards to use to thank the care workers who looked after my father with such compassion. He died last month and I wanted to write to them individually so show my thanks. The cards arrived on time and the packaging and box are just as described.

Great products and vfm, but by far the best think about this company is the fantastic customer service. I ordered a repeat poster but made an error in the font: customer services contacted me to check my order as they noticed it wasn’t exactly same as my previous order. This saved me time and money. I am a returning customer, the first time I ordered some correspondence cards which were very smart, this time I ordered some bespoke writing paper. Jeff was very gracious with his time to get the correct layout and I received the order very quickly, I am thrilled and impressed with the company, I highly recommend them. A gift for my aunt who is feeling a little lost having moved to a care home so that she can easily stay connected with her loved ones. I wanted a good quality, beautiful selection of letter writing paper (I chose 'tulip' for her) and envelopes contained in a sturdy box and was not disappointed. Rapid response, great quality and a very reasonable price.

The London writing paper is even more attractive than I imagined. I am really looking forward to writing to my international penfriends as this paper is so special. I am pleased that the envelopes are full size, as it means I don't need to fold the design.
