Great products and vfm, but by far the best think about this company is the fantastic customer service. I ordered a repeat poster but made an error in the font: customer services contacted me to check my order as they noticed it wasn’t exactly same as my previous order. This saved me time and money. A gift for my aunt who is feeling a little lost having moved to a care home so that she can easily stay connected with her loved ones. I wanted a good quality, beautiful selection of letter writing paper (I chose 'tulip' for her) and envelopes contained in a sturdy box and was not disappointed. Rapid response, great quality and a very reasonable price.

The London writing paper is even more attractive than I imagined. I am really looking forward to writing to my international penfriends as this paper is so special. I am pleased that the envelopes are full size, as it means I don't need to fold the design.
